It\u2019s best to aim for doing more than that each day, but five minutes is your emergency fall-back position.<\/li>\n<li>You can meditate anywhere: as you&#8217;re waiting for an appointment, in your car while sitting in a parking lot, or a park bench (okay, that might be a little chilly this time of year) &#8212; anywhere.<\/li>\n<li>For the purposes of this challenge, a \u201cday\u201d is the period between getting up and going to sleep again. So if you can only manage five minutes after midnight, you haven\u2019t blown it: you\u2019ve still meditated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I would like to encourage you to join the forum I have set up for this adventure: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.grzesina.net\/meditation\/\">https:\/\/www.grzesina.net\/meditation<\/a>.
