Shaila walks through practical approaches that align with the teachings in <em><a href=\"https:\/\/suttacentral.net\/mn19\/en\/bodhi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Two Kinds of Thought<\/a><\/em> (MN19) and <em><a href=\"https:\/\/suttacentral.net\/mn20\/en\/bodhi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Removal of Distracting Thoughts<\/a><\/em> (MN20).
