- Headspace (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.getsomeheadspace.android) – popular app, some free capabilities, some by subscription – I have used this a bit as my workplace has a pilot right now. Also available for the iPhone.

- calm.com (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.calm.android) – app associated with the calm.com website – free options, but purchases required for advanced features. Also available for the iPhone.

- Insight Timer (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.spotlightsix.zentimerlite2) – free app (paid options); includes a variety of bells; able to set duration, intervals; includes a wide variety of guided meditations; discussion groups (including a group for the SIMC); journalling and logging; stats and milestones. Almost too many options and genres. Also available for the iPhone.
